Ingredients
- 100 g Fresh green herbs I used fresh thyme, parsley, rosemary, basil, dill leaves. You can use your own choice of herbs
- 75 g Vegetable oil any neutral flavor oil
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
- Wash the fresh herbs and keep aside.
- You can use single herb or combination of herbs such as basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary so on.
- In a cooking pot add water and little salt and let it boil, once its boiling add the fresh herbs and let it just blanch for 2 minutes.
- Strain them in cold water to retain its color.
- Remove from cold water and Add them in the blender or mixer and add salt and oil and grind them to fine puree.
- Once grinded strain the puree using fine cloth or sieve to remove the herb mix.
- You can use them on any dishes to elevates the freshness and color.
