Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix together the curd or yoghurt, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth and well-combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
